The Space
Our bright, modern 1-bedroom apartment sits on a quiet, tree-lined street beside City Garden. Inside you’ll find an inviting living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a dedicated desk. The bedroom features a queen bed with hotel-grade linens and blackout curtains. Step onto the private balcony for a morning espresso or an evening glass of Bulgarian wine.
The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a Nespresso-compatible machine. The bathroom has a spacious rain shower and complimentary toiletries.
Guest Access
Self check‑in is available 24/7 via a secure smart lock. Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, including the balcony, and there’s an elevator in the building.

Neighborhood
Ivan Vazov is Sofia’s most walkable area, lined with cafes, artisan bakeries, and theaters. Sofia Airport is about 25 minutes door to door.
